Radio promotion

Delivery of your music to programmers, rotation tracking and reports by station and country, coordinated with your digital campaign so radio and social push in the same direction.

Radio is still the door to audiences that do not live on TikTok: the car, the workplace, your parents' kitchen. Well-worked rotation gives a song a presence no digital campaign replaces, and it feeds editorial playlists and how labels perceive a project. The problem is that most independent artists do not know who to send the song to or how to tell whether it is being played.

We do that work: we deliver your music to the right programmers, track rotation and tell you with data which stations and countries are playing it. And we coordinate it with your digital content so the person who hears your song on the radio finds it on their phone afterward.

It works in the other direction too. When a song is already moving on social, programmers receive it with different interest, because they can see it has an audience. That is why we prefer to work radio alongside digital distribution rather than as a standalone service.

What's included

The radio campaign runs inside the same package as content and distribution, never as an isolated service. What changes between packages is the number of countries and stations worked.

  • Delivery of your single to radio programmers by genre, language and target countries.
  • Rotation tracking and a record of the stations that add the song.
  • Reports by station and by country, with progress across the campaign.
  • Coordination with the content calendar on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
  • A YouTube analytics dashboard to see radio's effect on your channels.
  • The written reach guarantee of the package you choose.

How it works

A radio campaign is built one station at a time, which is why follow-up matters as much as delivery. Timing matters too: we start delivering before the release date whenever possible, so stations can add the song the week it comes out.

  • We choose the single, the countries and the kind of station that makes sense for your genre.
  • We prepare the material: audio in the formats programmers ask for, an artist one-sheet and release context.
  • We deliver to programmers and follow up on their response.
  • We log rotation week by week and adjust the digital campaign to support the stations that respond.
  • You receive reports by station and country until the campaign closes.

Who it's for

Artists with a finished single and a digital strategy already running who want to add a channel that reaches a different audience. Labels that need a radio team without hiring one in-house. Managers who want a clear report to present to their artists and distributors. It also suits artists releasing in a second language who want to reach stations in another market.

It is not for unreleased songs or for anyone expecting national network rotation in week one. Radio is earned with consistency.

If you are unsure whether your genre has room on the radio in a specific country, we talk it through on the call with data, not promises.

Radio and digital, together

A radio campaign on its own loses half its value. That is why we run it inside the same package as content and real-device distribution: when a station adds your song, the network posts pieces in that region and the streaming team pushes playlist pitching harder. Everything is measured in one place.

Reports by station and country also tell us where the song is growing, and that steers the digital campaign: which cities to prioritize, which language to produce pieces in, and which creators to look for if the ARMY package is active.

Pricing

Radio promotion is included in packages according to the reach you need. Launch starts at $2,500 per month with a public price; Growth and Scale are quoted after a 20-minute call, and ARMY is built to order. The proposal spells out which countries and station types your package covers. Radio is planned per single, so the proposal also states how many releases the period covers.

FAQ

Do you guarantee my song will get radio play?
We do not guarantee rotation on a specific station, because the final call belongs to the programmer. We do guarantee delivery, tracking and reporting, and the package's total reach is in writing.
Which countries do you work radio in?
It depends on your genre and your audience. We define target countries on the call, and the proposal lists the ones your campaign covers.
How do I know if my song is being played?
You receive reports by station and country with the rotation logged across the campaign. We do not ask you to trust a screenshot.
Does the song need to be released already?
Yes, or at least have a confirmed release date. Programmers need the song to be available when they add it.
